  • What social media profiles does MisBiz Pro post on?

    Currently, MisBiz Pro posts to seven different social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google My Business. MisBiz Pro does not post to any other social media platforms besides the ones mentioned above. There's no limit in word count with the exception of Twitter. Twitter has a 280 character limit. We try to keep the captions short unless our clients have specific messages they need to send out.


  • What happens when/if service is cancelled?

    If and when the social media postings service is cancelled, you will receive whetever is owed to you for that billing cycle. Work will stop being fulfilled only after the end of the billing cycle.\ If for some reason there are other posts that were late/pending and were never sent out, you are still owed those posts and it will be the Misbiz Pro team’s duty to make sure you receive everything that is owed to you for those months of active service. We ask that you give us 30 day notice upon cancellation. 


  • When does work begin on the social media post?

    Work on social media posts can begin right away as long as the MisBiz Pro social media team has all the necessary information. We will first confirm that the onboarding document is filled out. Afterwards, we make sure that we have access to all the social media channels. If for some reason we are missing access to anything, we will reach out to you.\If there are any delays in the work from the time the services are purchased, you will be owed those posts and we will be able to supplement them for you as soon as the work proceeds.


  • What is provided for Social Posting? Does MisBiz Pro provide custom graphics?

    MisBiz Pro provides the written content for all social media posts. If required, the MisBiz Pro team can provide licensed stock images that can be used for the posts. We recommend providing custom graphics and proprietary images to the social media team to be used for the postings. If you want custom graphics and videos posted, you can provide the social media team with the files and we can utilize those assets for the posts. Unfortunately, MisBiz Pro cannot provide custom graphics or customize assets provided to us to be applied to the posts.


  • Can MisBiz Pro create the social media profiles for clients?

    Unfortunately, MisBiz Pro does not create the social media profiles for the client. This would be the responsibility of you, the client.


  • What type of social media post are included?

    Our posting service is meant for maintenance style social media posts. They can include images, GIFs and industry specific trending news. These are not custom graphics with the client’s services or products. They are also not branded with our client’s logos and colors. This service is perfect for any industry/client that wants to keep their social media pages up-to-date with quality content on a monthly basis.


  • As a client can I/we post as well?

    Yes. Our client can post while we’re posting. It would be important to let our team know when posts are going out and what posts are going out so we can coordinate accordingly.

  • Can we pick which social media channels we want to post to?

    Yes, based on the plan you choose, you can select a certain number of social media channels for us to post to. You can choose from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
